Do you offer custom services not advertised?

Yes. We offer many custom services for competitive prices. Just give us a call: 866-933-CILA.

How long does it take for project completion?

Most marketing projects are completed within 1-3 business days. Web design projects are typically completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on staff availability.

Can I cancel my paid membership at anytime?

You may cancel your paid membership at any point with no restrictions. Membership fees are charged monthly and you must cancel your membership before the monthly billing date to avoid an additional charge.

 How do website re-edits work?

Most WebCILA web packages include designated re-edit time. WebCILA can only incorporate your request that stay within the time frame of your package. Our staff will always notify you of the time required per task requested.

What is your website refund policy?

You may request a full refund for any project that has not been initiated. Any project canceled after initiation requires payment of hours spent. If a completed project does not reasonably meet your expectations of any service, discounts or refunds are available but not guaranteed.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All payments are done through our trusted PayPal or Stripe integration. This includes an SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely without risk of manipulation. We also use firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and system monitoring to enhance our security.

Do I have an account?

If you made a purchase on WebCILA, you automatically have an account with the email you used during check out. To finish your registration, visit the “My Account” page and follow the directed prompts. Sign in your account for order progress, notes, cancelations, and more.

I just made a purchase on WebCILA, now what?

After you have made a purchase on WebCILA, you must fill out an Order Completion Form to enter some essential details about your project. You’ll need your order number from your confirmation email (check your junk mail folder if you didn’t receive it). After the form is complete, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days before the official project launch.
